in iran you steal money, you die.
in our liberal court rooms:
child molesters, rapists, sex offenders, habitual drunk drivers, abusers, etc = probation - light sentences.
murderers get: 0 - life sentences.

do i condone killing schemers? ehh- no. sometimes peoples "ingenious" ideas & greed get the better of them. stiff penalties will suffice.
but im sure you can tell who i do think deserve death penalties. sex-offenders, killers, and those "beyond repair" like the CO Killer.

as a conservative, who came from Russia, i can tell you that crime wont stop due to harsh prison sentences, but it will certainly clean up our society.
we cant live by the rule: "criminals are not scared of jail anyway, so whats the use of putting them in there then" - because every day we have new criminals joining yesterdays ranks. and before you know it, the criminals will out-number the good people.
