Does anyone know where I can get these? Also, does anyone know the brand of headphones they are? I would prefer not to pay the stealership price. So if I can find the brand I can probably get replacements off of eBay or somewhere else.

check with the folks at www.courtesyparts.com They should be able to let you know if the foam is available separately.
