IPOD trouble - need help!

I have an Ipod shuffle, and I bought the cable from Future Shop to connect it. I loaded about 80 songs, and plugged it into the car, and it is only going through about 6 songs repeatedly. I checked the Ipod on the computer, and it shows all the songs are there, and they play on the computer. But as soon as it plugs into the Altima, no luck!

Does anyone know anything about Shuffles or why this might not be working? I dont really know anything about them..this is the first one I have owned.

perhaps you're playing some sort of playlist that only has 6 songs on there? The aux input only receives audio, it has nothing to do w/ controling your ipod

here's a better idea so you have more control over your stereo. go to your computer and burn a cd in mp3 format which is about 100 songs. throw your ipod shuffle in the trash or sell it on ebay and goodluck with that because the shipping is prolly worth more than the ipod.

Are you using iTunes?

If I remember, I don't think Shuffle allows you to create a Playlist or add Podcast because that would defeat the purpose of it being an iPod Shuffle. Correct me if I'm wrong.

At the end, if nothing works just RESTORE it and transfer your MP3's again. If that doesn't work (I see you are in Sauga), drive to Yorkdale Mall or your nearest Apple Store and have Genius Bar check it out.

I don't think that is true - I believe you can store up to 4 or so playlists on the shuffle. I don't think the purpose of the IPOD SHUFFLE is to shuffle ALL the time.
