Ipod Integration for the M: Is it just me?

Just curious...am I the only one upset because Infiniti has not retrofitted the Ipod integration technology available in the 08' back to the '06 model? While I have an aftermarket version, its just not the same.

Why would you think that the dealer should go back and update every already sold car, to the newer technology? How would they recover the costs for this? Aren't new cars expensive enough?

Let me clarify. I'm not expecting them to do it for free, but simply make it service option for me to "pay for an upgrade," particularly as IPODs were already prevalent back in 2006.
