iPod Integration doesn't work after battery disconnect/reconnnect. Any ideas?

The car is not recognizing my ipod now. No charging, no Fuji on the screen, no recognition on the dash, etc. I tried looking for a fuse, but couldn't find one. The owner's manual doesn't offer any troubleshooting help either. All other radio functions seem to work, so it shouldn't be the main audio fuse. Any help would be great. TIA.
