Ipod integration... difference between PAC & USA Spec

I know there are a ton of threads out there but many of them say contradictory things.

I want an ipod adapter that:

1. Utilizes the steering wheel controls2. Displays song ect on HU3. Allows you to utilize both the cars controls and the actual ipod.

Like i said i am encountering contradictory information and i hope you can help me clear it up. I am looking at the

Which of these would be best for what i want?

i have the usa spec and with it i can control the ipod with the steering controls.. volume and track only... you cannot change the playlist.. you can still access you ipod controls to change playlist.. both have the same installation... usa spec has a smaller unit than the pac-nis... just remember that the ipod nano 4g, 3g iphone and ipod touch 2g would not charge with usa spec.. i had to buy the schosche adapter... stupid apple

I was going to buy the USASpec but it said your CD player must have a CD CHNG button in order for it to work. Mine does not have this nor have I seen it....

Does anyone know what would work for me, I have the Bose system and I am really dying to get the ipod intergration.. Thanks!!!!

My old car had full ipod intergration and damn do I miss that more than anything.. I am looking to get this in ASAP!!!!!

i have the pac in my car. you dont get to use the steering wheel controls and it wont charge but you wont have to spend a lot of money on it. you can hook it up to the sat.
