iPod connectivity

I am new to the site and am looking for info on an aftermarket connection for an iPod and an auxilliary jack? I have 8 spkr Bose with Auto pilot and a nav system if this information is needed.

If there is such an installation available where is the recommended place to locate it? (glove box, center console etc)

I myself posed the same questions when I got my 07 m35. same set up as you. and if you go through past topics, one guy posted great info but with photos but I was afraid to attempt it. i went for burning my ipod /itunes music to mp3 format and put them in the cd player.

There have been a few posts by people who have done this (one just within the last day by bag302) ... check these out and see if it makes sense for you!
