I just got my coupe today and currently have my ipod wired through the Aux jack. I wanted to find out what you guys have been using, either the aux or if you bought the interface. Also, where have you guys been putting the ipod? I am looking for some kind of mount I can install w/o having to drill into the dash or anything. I searched the forum but only found that one guy who rigged his own deal but nothing else. Help???

Can't bother so I'm just using the AUX.

It may look ugly and definitely an eye sore on your iPod but...

VELCRO is and the only way to mount it. LOL

Sorry for the POOR QUALITY, rushed it. The Bourne Ultimatum is playing.

I use the aux jack and have a rubber sleeve for the ipod and rest it near the hand brake and shifter, which ever feels most comfortable at the time.

Doesn't move through all the "FUN" turns i take....

I think the best way for an ipod mount is to buy those ipod stand with the wireless remote so you access your paylist better, Then connect the audio wire in the aux or if possible in the back of the unit.

You could've at least used some of the BLACK colored velcro...

Couldn't find any.

I also tried SHIFT_CR's mount but didn't like the location since I use it to watch Movies/TV Shows.

Anyone try this out yet? I feel like it would be perfect to flex in and out of the console cubbie without having to mess up the dash w/ screw holes.

I did, like I said I tried so many...

First, it wasn't compatible with my 160GB Classic. Tried it with my old 30GB but it too short for me.

Anyone tried this yet? it let you control your ipod with the factory stereo button. I'm not sure if it would work for the base stereo but it would work with the bose.

My holder I use is rubber and fits in the cup holder. The I-pod or I-Pod mini (like I have) sits at the proper angle for operation and I use the Aux. input on the Dash.
