I have a friend with a land rover that used the Aux plug in behind the center counsel. my 2006 has a aux on the top by the LCD Screen and back radio controls.

My radio does not have a "SAT" button or have "CH", "CHANNEL", "CAT" or "CATEGORY", so that stops any IPOD adapter Kits according to the discription it should have one of these on the radio to be used.

Please someone has to have a 2006 QX56 like this.

Thank you

Please anyone? If you used the adapter was it hard to install? Were you able to use the adapter?

What button the radio do you use to get to aux?

again 2006 QX56

You question is a little confusing, what adapter are you talking about?

Wow, that is a good find! It certainly sounds cool, it looks like a pretty easy install, sort of a plug & play model. It even states that you would be able to use your steering wheel controls to skip songs and so forth, very cool. The Nissan/Infiniti Factory Service Manual that NICOclub has online will show you how to pull out the stereo to complete this simple mod.

Nissan also makes one as well, the problem though is the Nissan one is more expensive and you have to buy an additional adapter if you have the newer iPod or iPhone 3GS. The additional adapter is $30.

That Nissan link appears to be bad.

Strange, I should try it from my iPhone and see if it works.
