iPod adapter for 2006 Murano

Has anyone installed an iPod adapter in your murano? A web site called ICarKits.com has recommended the Neo Pro Link - PODNISV2. I was looking into the Griffin or Belkin auto adapter kits using an FM transmitter or Cassette adapter. The Neo pro Link is connected directly to the back of the stero system. They claim it is easy to self install or the dealer would do it form me. $179 for the unit.
