iPhone4 compatibility [via bluetooth]

....to my 2010 G37x, premium/navigation....salesman says 3G and 3Gs is compatible, is my iPhone4?? [the software was updated per the last service bulletin]

The iphone actually has a spotty history working with Infiniti software, but it seems to be ok with the new software. With ios4 there have been security verification issues noted in many forums with many devices, not limited to cars, as a PC fan I read Apple forums with a beer and laugh. Apple likes to change things without warning, like they did when they rearranged the terminals on the iphone a few years back.

Most basic functions are supported but note that nothing is mentioned about streaming. The iphone technically supports A2DP and remote control functions, however Apple are not sig partner so they tend to have more issues than other manufacturers.
