Iphone/Ipod Stops when car stopped and restarted

I have a 2011 G37x Coupe.

The Iphone/Ipod works but if I stop the car and then start it again the Ipod stops playing almost everytime. Unplugging and re-plugging the Iphone in fixes the issue and the music starts playing again but it is a bit of an annoyance. I tried changing the cable but no success. Has anyone had this issue?

I know that some of the newer Ipods/Iphones will have some issues. Apple keeps changing things...

I dont have this issue with mine. That is very odd. What firmware are you running and which iphone

I have a Iphone 3gs. Not sure on Firmware.
