This is one of the benefits of going to the GROM VLine VL2 IMO. You no longer have to worry about Apple or Infiniti. GROM seems to be pretty steady with updates and I have no complaints (although others here do not share my glowing review sentiments). I got tired of issues with OEM BT as well since Infiniti is so far behind on technology even on their newer models (my wife's 2016 QX60 has A/V tech from like 2010).haleakalag wrote: ↑Sun Aug 09, 2020 8:30 amThanks Ilya. Any potential solutions or recommended contacts??? A few years ago I lost all Bluetooth, contacted Apple and Infiniti, who blamed each other. 3 years ago a new Infiniti software upgrade (by CD) restored function in my M37. I am really concerned about this one
Literally still dealing with this since the 2016 apple iOS 10 update that ruined everything. Just Last week I read on an Apple support forum that someone ordered the Navi maps update CDs which upgraded the software and solved the problem. It’s in the mail. Fingers crossed!haleakalag wrote: ↑Sun Aug 09, 2020 8:30 am...A few years ago I lost all Bluetooth, contacted Apple and Infiniti, who blamed each other. 3 years ago a new Infiniti software upgrade (by CD) restored function in my M37. Thanks! Best thing I can hope for. Current situation: Got the DVDs. Sitting in the car with the engine on for the 82 minute update. Can’t wait to make 10 phone calls immediately after. Fingers crossed. Will close the bracket on this when it’s done!haleakalag wrote: ↑Sun Aug 16, 2020 1:34 pmViper33 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 16, 2020 11:44 am

VIPER, I had the same thing with my previous M37, and the CD at the time (2017 for me) immediately fixed it. Good luck.
OMG I think it worked. Just had my first convo since 2015 without the phone call breaking up and disconnecting the Bluetooth, almost causing me to crashing the car.
