At least on my 08 (w/ navigation) the satellite receiver is integrated into the stereo and there is no plug. I would love to be proven wrong though. In fact, I would love it so much that I might buy one to try myself.
I understand now. Here is the information I formulated my findings and suggestions from:
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/M/2008/AV.pdf
On page 15, the system diagram shows that there is a satellite tuner (shown as #4 on page 17, rear trunk deck area)
without navigation. You can check the rear trunk deck area or the back of the radio (AV control unit) for the correct output, and will be able to install the Mediabridge, USA SPEC: PA15-INFI et al. as shown on page 512.
On page 19, the system diagram shows that there is an iPod adapter and shows the satellite antenna (shown as #14 on page 23, shark fin on top of vehicle)
with navigation. The iPod connector is shown as #24 and the iPod adapter is shown as #27, both on page 23 as well. The satellite radio tuner is built into the AV control unit.
Before purchasing any devices, I would first check the back of the AV control unit and the rear for the correct 20-pin harness output, regardless of whether you have navigation or not. Sometimes auto manufacturers install outputs without attaching anything to them. For those with navigation, and are not able to find the correct output, you would have to find a compatible iPod adapter with the correct 24 pin output (as shown on page 319), and you can replace it with a compatible adapter using the directions on page 496. You may or may not want to upgrade the iPod connector; removal and installation is shown on page 497. You can then finagle the USB Lightning cable or other smartphone/media device USB cable through the glovebox, center console area or any other area you choose to connect your smartphone/media device.
I even checked the Q50's service manual -
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Q50/2014%20Q50/AV.pdf (page 41's System Description shows the "External data input box") to see if their iPod integration may be compatible, and found out at least on a harness connector level, is not compatible with the Y50 M vehicles.
If all else fails, you can install this: Dice UNI-200-USB FM Direct Modulator with USB, SAT and RDS Text:
http://www.amazon.com/Dice-UNI-200-USB- ... NI-200-USB. I would only use this one as a last resort, because the audio quality may or may not have high bitrate encoded CD quality like the Mediabridge has.

Audiovox only showed the FM modulators as being "compatible" for the 06 M as well, and I was able to use the Mediabridge even though on their own website, they didn't show it as being "compatible".
