Without knowing details such as: "Did you just purchase your car and this is the first device you are trying to connect?", as well as other questions I would have for you, I suggest:
-Check/replace your fuse on the driver side in the panel near the door hinges (regarding your speedometer lights being off and not moving). I had a broken fuse that was connected to my speedometer when testing a friend's broken amp, and replacing the fuse fixed the issue.
-Regarding the steering wheel and seat, here are a few tidbits: If you make any adjustments to the seating or steering wheel before turning off the car, the next time you turn on the car, the settings will not go back to the settings that were previously set. You can set the memory button (1 or 2) if the settings are not going back automatically. Also, I have had issues with the seat and steering wheel not going to the proper settings automatically as well, and it has happened a few times. But, it will go back to normal once you remember to keep the settings as they are, and not change the settings manually when the car is running.
-The key warning light probably means that you need a new key fob CR 2032 battery.
As for your bad configuration between the iPhone 5 and the M35, I haven't seen it. I would also make sure your iPhone 5 is up-to-date with the latest 6.0.1 update (even though I don't think this has to do with your issues, it wouldn't hurt).
Resetting via the car battery could also be done, you'll just have to re-set your Audio and Comfort & Convenience settings.
Hope this helps, and let us know what happens!
