iPhone 4. No politics, just a question.

I'm just wondering if anyone (the people that want them) is having issues reserving their iPhone 4's via the Apple website?

I just want to get a solid answer before you guys romp about this thread.

a buddy of mine just told me he preordered his. i'm not sure when it went through, so . . . i can at least confirm it is/was possible at some point.

i wouldnt be surprised if they got overloaded and crashed though. def possible. (it is ATT afterall LOL)

I have a friend that got through the website somehow...others are reporting issues. Most likely it's just a server overload at this point.

Yeah, I'm sure it's just the result of tons of traffic overloading their servers. Keep trying and you'll probably get through eventually.

There is an App on the App store that you can download and it acts as a concierge service. I did it that way and reserved mine in less than 5 minutes.

If you do it over your phone, then do it that way. My roommate had the same issue and he took care of it that way.

Click the links in some the first paragraph. There is one that'll take you to another blog post about some of the issues some users have been seeing. Seems kind of scary, tbqh. I can't wait to drop AT&T as they've given me nothing but problems. The wicked security breaches lately are definitely the last straw.

I would recommend everyone on AT&T double check your bills and account info to make sure nothing was altered. This scares me quite a bit, and I hope no one on here has to deal with any of these issues. Good luck.

Well I didn't pay for mine yet as I have only reserved mine, but my reservation still holds according to the Apple Store App I have on my phone.
