iPhone 4 connected via bluetooth as ipod

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hello,

I just took delivery of my new 2010 EX35 w/ Nav package.

I can play music from my iPhone 4 via bluetooth without any problems except that album art or the artist name doesn't appear on the screen.

Is album art supposed to show on the screen when using an iPhone 4 connected to the system via bluetooth?

Thanks

Hi there Welcome to the group and Congrats on the new EX.

I am not 100% on that but I know this topic has been brought up a few times and there are several people who have noted bugs with connectivity in the new AV software and the new iPhone. To the best of my knowledge I do not think the EX supports Bluetooth v2.x with EDR (I would like to be wrong though). If I remember wqhat the guys in the M forum were saying the function works with the usb but not via BT.
