Ipassenger power window on 2003 G35

I have replaced the motor on the window and have held the button in and lowered the motor as the manual says and then the window preforms an up and down act and is driving me nuts. Any one know somerthing.Thanks

I can tell you that my ride does that up and down trick on the driver side. Goes like this:

1. I press the auto up button2. Window goes all the way up and then slides 4 inches down.

The only workaround is to hold up the window button 3/4 of the way (without setting off the auto up trigger)

It sucks, it's annoying, but unfortunately what I have read about the 2003 G35's is that it is (1) of the (2) glitches with that year production model. The other glitch is the shtty OEM brakes (tons of dust, quick wear)

2005 G Sedan.Mine was doing the up & down thing too. I could hold it up for 4 to 8 seconds and it would stay up.Got tired of that, so I took the panel off and followed the instructions on reseting. Works fine for now. Good luck!

That up and down thing is a relay that has either gone out or is going out, from what I have been told anyway. Mine is doing it right now on the driver's side. I am getting it fixed this Friday.

I'd like to know too.....my passenger window is having problems as well..either relay or motor dying. It's stuck down at the moment, so now I Gotta! mess with it lol......after douchbag drunk friend rolled down all the way when I told him not too....grr

I had it locked, but I told him he could crack it since nice outside...but the crackbaby rolled down all the way while i was in gas station lol...gotta love dumb friends!!!
