Last week, some jerks broke into my 240SX. Spiked the driver's side lock. Clean job too, hardly chipped the paint around the lock. They took all 4 of my speakers and the lock is crippled, and the door handle is bent. I have already gotten a new door handle and lock. (I know I could have bent the old one back, but I wanted a fresh door handle. I figured a door handle damaged like that would have been an invitation) I will get the new lock rekeyed tomorrow to my current key, and I should be just fine after that excepting the steering, suspension, and alignment work that is past due

As for the stereo equipment, they did leave the tape deck (wonder why). I will probably just remove the tapedeck and forget about replacing any of it.

Would anyone trade for a tape deck? In particular I need the little clip that latches down the armrest storage lid of the S13. Yes they broke that too.

hell yeah they go to hell, that is why in the old country they cut their left hand for the first offence, and so on and so forth.

$140 for the repair, I could have gone for less by going to the junkyard, but I have all new parts, plus the new lock is re-keyed to the rest of the car.
