welcome. If ur looking for inexpensive but reliable HID's, DDM Tuning is talked about a lot here. I went w/Philips which is way more expensive. Good luck modding!! It's fun and addictive.

WELLLLCOME Crimblk!!
good choice on the 35% tints all around, as you will find in a recent thread I GOT POPPED FOR MY 17% TINTS! so had to strip and retint 35%..
Modified exhaust, Excessive Tints, Public Nuisance = Criminal Offences (in my state). gah-damn im such a moving violation!!

anyway, GOOD LUCK WITH THE MODS BRO!!

There's recently been a push for people to show up to the Dave & Busters parking lot in Farmingdale, on Long Island. Every Friday and Saturday at 9:30PM.

I may not make the trip down from CT this weekend, as my girlfriend is studying and preparing for her midterms and job interviews and has told me to go away.

I have DDM Tuning HIDs, and have no issue with them at all (aside from having to flip the wires in the adapter, but that was easy). If i'm not mistaken though, NICO has an HID Sponsor? I vaguely recall something like that from before the server change...

werd ddm is the way to go there alot cheaper and have great quality. BTW ny is a great place to have this car we have a groupe of guys that are all into modding in the general ny area. We have frequent meets and events youll see them get posted throughout the time your here. Any questions you have ask but also listen bc alot of us have been here for a while. We know what were talking about and we try to have all the info you need to start modding like crazy. We actually have a show coming up this upcoming weekend in PA called droptoberfest its prob like 2 hours from u if ur in NYC maybe 2 and a half. Keep us updated with the stuff you do too since you do have the 2010 some parts are diff like the whole front end. There is a lip out from stillen which looks sick btw so do work :mike

Thank you all for the warm welcome..
i Just came from dealer and trying to get the factor spoiler from him for about 300..
Also been looking into hids.. have a question on this...( going with DDMs hid kit)
i have factory fogs installed and i know i should go 35W on the hids .. my questoin is i want my fogs lights and head ligths to have same brightness .. if i get 55w for head lights and 35 w for fogs should i get them both 6k since im looking for the bright white look...or go 5k (55w) on the head lights..
Side note the Stillen lip is sick.. that is my next move after hids and spoiler.. want the roof spoiler from stillen to but they dont have it listed for the 2010 model might be a bit diffrent for 2009 to 2010 models .. anyone know?
Mattv609: still debateing on dropping car.. not sure if i going to do it... hearing from friends not to cause .. after 6 months 1 inch becomes 2 and with ny snow im going to regret it .. like i said i said i want to cause im really not crazy about the handeling of the the A/c. previos car was porsche so im a bit spoiled.. Again ty all for your post and future advice

Edit : looked on the DDM site and think the way to go on both 35W and 55W is 5k .. what u guys think??

+1 for 35w only! and if you want pure bright white, get 5k... 6k has a slight tint of blue to it
