Introductory Gala

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I ordered a fully loaded EX a couple of weeks ago. I've been invited to a gala launch on Nov. 15 in Montreal with entertainment by the Cirque de Soleil. I'll bring a camera and take pics.

Sweet!

Sounds like a pretty good deal and decent entertainment as well

BTW, I welcome both of you to NICOclub

Exactly where are you planning on towing it to?

I would be curious too what the towing capacity is. I have a relatively small fishing boat and a hauling trailer that I need to occasionally tow. I am sure I am not the only one who would like a smaller SUV but still needs some towing capacity.

No pricing yet Michel but I asked my dealer if there would be any changes due to our dollar. He told me that they already announced some incentives on other Infiniti models and he said that they probably will price it more competitively with this in consideration.

I've owned a 1983 Datsun B610 and a 1989 Nissan 200sx. Man that car had the most beautifull dash of it's time. great front not so nice rear end.

this must be one of the most emotional acquisitions I am about to make. no MSRP - no arrival date - and I have no car starting next Monday!

The dealer said he would lend me an Infiniti until the Ex35 Scarlet Silver with custom Wheat interior he ordered in October arrivs (mid December - hum???).

I will take pictures as well and share them with all of you. the allwheel will come in handy as snow has arrived in Montreal.

From a 2005 Acura MDX TECH to an EX35. ùi hope smaller is better?!?

Cheers!

Hi mikec,

Did they say when you were going to take delivery of your beauty?

My dealer ordered some EX35 in October for December 15 delivery because he commited to bying 2007 M35 & 45. it was a dealer incentive. Dealers not bying 2007 over stock must wait for the November ordering sequence and stock will arrive in Late December at best and more likely in mid to end January.

He told me today that he received the production numbers for my order and it will be on the first shipment. He said it should be in just before Christmas or right after New Years. I don't mind the wait. At least it gives me more of a chance to get the better pricing that seems to be coming our way.
