Glad I found a forum with real activity! I've always wanted to build a 240 from the ground up and I'll be able to finally start soon! I've been lurking a lot on local FB pages and reading up/watching videos/enjoying your build threads. I can't wait to start my own 240 build.
My plan is a 89 coupe with Silvia front. Or maybe a Sil-eighty. Haven't made my final decision yet. Especially with the scarcity of decent coupe's/coupe shells out there. Anyways, I look forward to chatting with everyone and getting started! Here's a few of the cars I've owned in the past for s*** and giggles.
2007 Cobalt (I was young, dumb and sponsored)
Here's my Chevy C10 I had with a SB 350, 4 barrel Holley, 400 turbo transmission
The super charged Mini Cooper S. I don't care how many people hate on the Mini's, still one of the funnest cars I've had.
Turbo MR2. Awesome car. Unfortunately I bought a headache on this one. Got rid of it quicker than I usually do. Still great looking car and a lot of fun.
And my last bike. Honda Shadow 750VT. I did the chop on it. The paint, the exhaust, the whitewalls... kept it alive for quite awhile and then sold it. LOUD
And lastly my current Dad wagon, The Storm Toaster.
Anyways, I have a passion for everything with a motor in it. I can't wait to start a 240 build. I'll hold onto this one for awhile!
