Introducing S13 blacktop project... parts needed!

So I am building an 89 s13 and my brother just got the blacktop in, however, I need a new chassis harness. I was wondering if anyone may have one?

When I bought the car it hd been rallied and had 260,000 miles on it and had been rallied.

KA out, SR in after 3 years of sittin there, and CX radiator... But they gave me the wrong intercooler piping.

Only 30,000 miles!

There's a C-bar in there somewhere, the only other mod so far...

yea the engine has 100k miles on it not 30k unless you get a front clip that states mileage they lie about the mileage

Three years because he works for Rolex racing and got contracted for a long a$$ streak. A C-bar, as my brother calls it, is a roll bar that is the shape of a C ONLY covering the B-pillars and roof. Basically a two-point roll cage, minus the "Cage" thing.

As far as the mileage goes, I have heard there are laws in Japan that the engine must be retired after 30-40,000 miles... but who knows.

:Edit, just FYI in case you didn't know, Rolex racing=Lemans.

Update: Not much new, the other day we tried to start the car and it blew a 75 amp fuse . That being fixed and the new belts in; she then got a new face:



Still waiting for the RIGHT intercooler piping that was shipped a long time ago.

We need to cut the bumper for the core but as of now air will only get to about half the core, does anyone have any advice for cutting a chuki front end to fit a intercooler core; perhaps some advice for getting more air to it?

I think I know who's building this car (your step-brother), I'v seen one of those pics before on his myspace page.

If that is indeed the case I think that car has been sitting for about a year and a half and I think he would probably also get a chuckle out of the "C" bar thing because I can promise you he would never call it that.

FYI - Rolex Grand-am has nothing to do with LeMans, although the cars can look quite similar to the untrained eye

Lol you are correct sir. I believe it's my mom who called it that and it's catchy... I had never called it that either. Yes my step-brother is building it, I'm running around and finding some of the parts and doing my part best I can. However, you got me on the LeMans thing... I was not aware of rolex not being part of LeMans. Thanks for the heads up.

UPDATE:

My brother ran the intercooler piping and did a top notch job! Hella clean and soon she's headed to the paint shop.







He cut a hole in the wheel well for that CAI you saw up earlier

the japanese law about the car having to be taken off the road at 30k is all just a myth. the engine doesnt have that much on it

Yes Om3ga, indeed I do. I am looking for ANY water temp sensor with a connector and wire on the back of it, the transmission harness I got for some reason has a strange and different connector from the one that's supposed to clip in to the temp sensor, and the temp sensor I bought has no wire on the back of it so we can't cut it and put two new matching connectors on each side. So I need any water temp sensor with a wire, even a Honda one would suffice.
