According to the forum, this may be the first post of 2018? Guess i really did pick an oddball drift car, hah! Well I'm Devin and the car is the Japuar. Get it...? Nissan... Leopard... ugh ok. Sorry. I picked it up for $600 buck the night before a drift day and have now begun to modify it. Suspension is a real head-scratcher but i think i have a plan. Anyways, glad to be here and a video is linked below on the drifting adventure. Please enjoy!

Welcome to the Forum!
Cool video....always wanted to try that around some corners in my 97!
The suspension is a tough one here, I don't believe there's any aftermarket available, anything custom has always been mentioned as DIY.
Dealer parts only, very expensive, and usually old inventory.

Otherwise, post any questions....search is your friend...many years of wise, old men and women posts here...

I have come to find out that the suspension will be tricky yes. Going to start with the z31 front strut inserts/ 280zx rear struts and cutting a few coils off the springs. Its a $600 missile and I'm not about to fork out $1200 on JDM Y32 coils or about $900 sourcing S chassis parts.

WAY cool! You're in the right place, a lot of us old-school Infiniti guys know the J30 pretty well.

What part of the country are you in?
