super sick great progress, what starter are you using? (z32 or vh), cause i haven't assembled my flywheel and clutch setup yet but i did install my pilot bearing and my mazworx kit didn't say anything about these spacers???SuperHatch wrote:
The swap is looking great man!
Just wanted to say, make sure you put the small metal spacer ring that is used with the stock VH flexplate BEHILD your new Z flywheel. It is needed for proper starter engagement and clutch engagement. Don't want to see you needing to take everything apart too many times! Don't forget the small spacer that goes behing the throwout bearing as well, it should have come with your kit.
Thanks pal, i'll get you some updated picsDeXteR wrote:Nice project log.
Interesting tips with the brake booster and throttle cable!
I'd love to see some wider angle shots of the hood scoop.
Keep up the good work!
Makes me feel super good to have done this, but couldn't have without you and the rest of this forums help!!!!Carl H wrote:looking great man, glad i was able to help you sort it.quite a feeling of acomplishment no?
15X8s with 5.5 in of backspacing with 275/50/15s and 15X3.5s up front, im unsure of there backspacing but know they need a minimum of 10mm spacer to work with the stocky calipers. I'm currently using a 25mm spacer.Flicktitty wrote:great lookin car!
What's the specs on the wheels tires?
15x8 ? what Backspacing? and what front runners ?15x4?
No powersteering, the car hasnt had it in years and I'm doing fine without it. Although I may be adding it soon.CrazyTrance wrote:SWEET. Another Gun Metal Gray s13 coupe with a VH! Welcome to the club!
