Aluminum Undershrouds are now available for the 2007-2008 G35 & G35X as well as all G37/G37X

*Built from Aluminum - it will not rust. Much better protection than oem plastic.

*Oil door built in for quick and easy oil changes without the mess or hassle of taking the shroud completely off.

We have 2 laser cutters. 1 is Mazak it is old but works fine. Also have a 5 axis one. Can cut in 3D with it.

These look terrific, and the oil door addresses what I see as a design flaw. When I read the oil change procedure for my new G37x, I thought "The guy who designed this knew he was never going to have to work on one".

What's the pricing ballpark? Doesn't look like there's much material cost, but I realize that 10x20' laser cutters have to get paid for somehow.

I was wondering if you can make the same but another access port for the oil filter relocation port on the GTM supercharger?

Thanks. Yeah, cost of Aluminum and laser time plus design costs/prototyping add up though.

Pricing will depend on which version ultimately. Thinking about a group buy initially would be around $170 + (powdercoat/hardware/designs would change price to some degree but not much)

Definitely possible, however I have no idea where they relocated the oil filter to.

Thanks for the ballpark. I'll probably go for the group buy if it comes together.

Waiting for confirmation e-mail from other place to be able to post. Wasn't registered over there because I object to their disabling the Back button on the browser on their site--makes navigation a PITA.

Will want:
2011 G37x Brushed, vents, no hardware

I updated myself onto your list over there. I presume you'll post here as to how to consummate when you're ready to do the cuts?

Hey, TollBooth, what's the time frame looking like for the G37 group buy? The thread seems to be gone over at the other place.
