Hey, new guy here from San Diego SoCal.......looking forward to learn more about my 240. Its a 94 240sz coupe with 80k miles on it. got it in a trade for my street bike and am pretty pleased with the car. have a few issues that need to be addressed but overall a nice car.

anyhow, here she is.....

Have you checked the Carfax on that yet? Cux that ain't a '94 240. The only 240sx's made in '94 were Convertibles. That was the last year for the s13.

Still a solid looking car. Please don't ever change the color, just give it a touch up paint job. That is my favorite color for s13's.

haha, sorry guys...... my spelling is usually better when i havent been up for 20 hours.

thanks for the warm welcome. i like how informative the site is. lots of good info on here, lots of good pictures full of potential ideas.

still new to the nissan scene as ive been a toyota guy all my life so bare with me as its my first nissan....

as for paint..... not sure what imma do about it. i still have to put my truck back together and finish up the motor build this weekend. after that ill be painting it and hopefully the truck will be done shortly after that and i can move on to see what i want to do to the 240.

yea.... the exhaust came with it and im not to partial to it either but..... it works for the time being.

ive seen a few nice looking cleaner canisters but like i mentioned........ just gotta make sure i dont leech any funds for my truck at the moment.

id actually like to go witha magnaflow muffler with some sort of tailpipe extension for the resonation inside the cab..... but looking under there it looks like space is real tight

im sure ill look around at what you other guys do for a good note later down the road.

I have no idea what year my car is. Door says 91 but it has an sohc cluster. Engine is now from a 96. I believe it was converted to chuki before I bought it as well.

Dash vin and firewall vin are different as well lol.

yea, sorry. took a second look again and it is a 93.... 05/93 to be exact.

must be that newbie sickness or something

speaking of stockies..... i havent looked that close yet but im not sure why this thing looks lowered....... looked under the rear today and looked like stock coils and shocks to me

guy i bought it from said it was all bone stock except for the new magnaflow system. maybe its just me............. up untill this week, all ive ever driven was a truck so car are a new deal to me.

one thing i am IMMEDIATELY gonna change is the rattle can, trash bag soundin', bad excuse for a stereo system it has..... gotta get me some decent sound out of there
