If you get a roommate its not to bad.I live in Long Beach , Belmont Shores, and my roommate and I pay $735 a month with utilities included and we are about two blocks from the beach.

Welcome to Orange County, I noticed that your planning on staying in Costa Mesa/Irvine? Those are great cities non the less (where I live) but finding a apt. for $800 is pretty hard if you want to live in a nice area. GOOD LUCK~!
