Well, to explain myself, I've been lurking for quite a while now. Just hadnt had the spare time to actually register > Intro > post. But Ive owned my 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5 SE since memorial day. But here comes the sad sob story..lol. 5 days in i braked for an animal getting on the highway and hit some gravel along the on ramp curb and slid sideways into the curb doing a decent speed. Took out my front struts, 3 wheels, rear axel, some joints, etc. Needless to say, i hurt inside until i had it comepltely fixed like brand new. About a month ago, or 5 weeks, im not totally sure. I was leaving a fast food spot late at night in my black coupe, right as i started to yield before entering the highway someone in an F150 came in too sharp from the highway turning before they were even supposed to and clipped my front left end ripping my fender back to the driver side door, my bumper in half almost, killing my wheel and strut, and ripping out the head and fog light etc...

so yeah, the car has since been fixed since thanks to insurance, and im actually trying to get rid of it for a brand new one right now. Considering the amount of repairs ive had done to it, i kinda want out of it...lol. I should be getting a new one, going for "Radiant Silver". Ill have pictures up of it as soon as i get it. but until then, ill finish my intro and post the black one =]

Welcome!

If youve been reading, im sure youve seen it.. but ahem ahem...

Welcome to the club!!!

http://forums.altimas.org/zeromain is the link you should bookmark!

All the info here is in its proper section (for the most part)... Please try and post in the correct area!

The search button works too, and we are always here to help you out! (again post in the right section if you can, if you arent sure, dont worry theres no beatings issued!)

It sucks about the repairs dude, but you should try and stash some loot... for instance, if they will give you $500 a wheel to replace, buy a WHOLE SET from one of the guys here for less than the price of 2 wheels!

Thanks LBC, I'll be sure to post in the correct forum, i used to be an online forum moderator for a MMORPG related forum. So i know how it works, sadly, i was looking for an intro forum and couldnt find it :p And yeah, to be honest, the first hurt, but the recent one wasnt my fault so im okay with it. But you know to make the situation better and more strenuous, the guy had a suspended licence.......-.-

And here are the pics of my Coupe. Stock with a spoiler and pin stripe, tis it...didnt have time to do anything..lol..

mr forum masta... to include the actual pic rather than the link, put the "[]" img brackets around it...

Edit your post, i fixed it for you, but when you press edit, you will see how it looks in the code.

Is that a pic from sonic? my most favoritest specialist drive in spot in the whole planetz?

lmao, its "Forum Mast-uhhhh". xD and i had to resize two of the images, as you could see, they were HUGE. And yeah, i wasn't lol'ing when he told me his licence was suspended, it was one of those i wish i had a bat moments. And i fixed the pictures, and thanks for the welcome ^^

PS. HELL YEAH, it is teh best place on the planetz, I love Sonic, a friend of mine is the manager at ours, and i know everyone who works there, its our spot, and a few of us usually hang there when theres nothing to do, its a meet up spot, and yes its the best place on teh planetz :D

And BTW, if you look closely, hanging from the rear view mirror ive gotta piece of one of my wheels attached to a sterling silver necklace. Deal was, when i hit that curb, it completely chewed the outer inside edge of one of the wheels about 3/4 around. and i sawed off a piece and hung it up there, its a reminder to be cautious when near curbs :D

BTW, again lol. Ill be looking forward to buying some overlays from you, gonna get a few hundred more together for my rims, but your overlays are next on my list Also, where did you get your eyelids? I want someeee, where and how much did you pay for the pair? And if you look in that kinda blurry picture, in the background kinda near the fire thing, well, that exit onto the highway right there is exactly where that guy came in and hit me -.-

Welcome to the NICO Family Steven . Sucks to hear about the bad luck with your car. I personally don't think changing it for a new one will make much difference since it's almost impossible to take care of your car with so many stupid people out there, but if it doesn't hurt your wallet when you change it for a new one go for it .

Glad your car is up and running again.Sonic is pretty good but all you you outside the west coast region are missing out on some In N Out. My cousin compared it to whataburger but he still likes In N Out 10x more.

WOW...Nice looking color. I never noticed, but it's like the wheels are color matched to the car LOL. With all the work I've done to my car I wouldn't even think of trading it in . Just to let you know I have a Stillen Cat-Back for sale. Check my SIG for the rest of the info .

im 19 now...and i have family in cypress/houston area, san antonio, dallas/ft worth...but anyway cali is great man, depending where u live,it can be very fast pace compared to tx, people are muchmore mellow out here, the chicks are different but hot and if u live close to the beach like i do...you'll see plenty ofhoneys walking around in TINY bikinis although i do miss TX and family VERY MUCH,i dont see myself moving back anytime soon SOOOO much to do out here

Before I bought my Stillen Cat-Back I was looking for an exhaust system that wasn't to loud and ricer like. The Stillen has a nice smooth tone and performance is very noticeble. To me it was between the Nismo or Stillen, but found out that the Nismo was WAY louder and costs more than the Stillen and thought to myself "I don't want to drive around with an exhaust that screams out hey everybody look at me." The only reason I'm selling if is because due to the work being done by Tim at Speed Force Racing I have to get a 3 inch Cat-Back or else I would love to keep the Stillen.

Ah, i see, im looking for an exhaust, and my choices were between the two also, how much are you looking for? Im actually getting rid of an audio system at the moment and buying the taillight overlays and eyelids and some LEDs w/ a rocker swicth for the interior, then its either the vertical doors, rims, or exhaust next >.<

And dude, yeah, Longhorns you makin decent money out there?
