internals on 2.4L compatible for turbo

i have a turbonetics T3/T4 Hybrid and i was wondering if the internals (Connecting rods,pistons and such) will be able to handle the boost and if so how much before i have to start replacing them. if someone could help me out i would be very happy

the KA can handle boost. go to phatka-t.com and check out the Hp #'s. they made 400hp on stock block!!!
