Intermittent stall

Hello my fellow nismo freaks. I have a problem thats totally pissin me off and I need advice. I have a 91 240sx w 125xxx on it, clean car, strong engine, and good trans. I just bought the car last week. You know the feeling of when you first drove your 240, phenominal. its the ka24de engine.

I drove the car home and had no problems. next day drove it for 2 hours just cruisin around, went home , went back to drive my car and right as i was leaving, stall. tried to restart it and it only cranks, no spark. has fuel and checked maf, cka, ignition. checked the cap n rotor and it was bad so i replaced it but still the same problem. Today i flashed the ecu and code 11(cka sensor) and code 34(knock sensor) showed up. The cka sensor i can see cuz i was testing it and by disconnecting the sensor it pulled a code, knock sensor i didn't check yet cuz when i saw that code i went to listen to the engine and sure **** the valve on the front of the engine was ticking a lil bit. I want to go adjust them but i need specs for the adjustments. What do you guys think? could it be that sensor causing it to shut off? If you kno nething let me kno, specx or repair. I wana drive again. (I should mention that if you let the car sit for awhile, it fires back up)
