Intermittent squeak

Hi everyone, my wife and I just purchased a demo 2011 EX premium and we really love this car. There is one issue however, an intermittent squeak. At first I thought it was coming from the dash at the driver side A- pillar intersection. But now I'm not so sure. For the last few days it's been raining and there is no squeak noise. Last night, while driving home from out of town, the rain stopped and with in ten or so minutes the squeak began again. This makes me think it has something to do with the outside of the vehicle. Any thoughts? I will make an appointment with Infiniti soon, but I thought I would try asking here first. Thanks.

The plastic panel that runs the length of the base of the windshield outside has been known to make noises. Try wedging something between the edge of the panel and the windshield glass in several places to see if it helps.

Thanks for posting. I had a look at it today and the plastic strip is slightly looser on the driver side, so maybe that might be it. So, I sprayed some silicone spray between the plastic and the window, and so far it's worked. If this lasts for a while, I'll take it to Infiniti to have it tightened down. Thanks again.
