So I'm wondering if any of you guys have experienced what I'm experiencing with the Z TT's driver side headlights? I've pigtailed the wires twice now and the headlight bulb keeps burning up and turning off intermittently. I can wiggle it around and play with it a bit and get it to stay on for a while however it seems to have that same consistent problem of not staying on permanently. Like I said I've pigtailed it a couple times to fix the problem but it keeps returning. Should I just buy another pigtail and fix it again or should I just buy a headlight kit or what?

Is it a loose wire? You say you pigtailed the connector, do you mean you cut off the old connector and put a new one on? Are you soldering the new connector on, or crimping it with a butt splice?

Butt splice.. that's what me and my friend who has a 300zx have done. I actually changed the bulb because it looked corroded and its working fine.
