intermittent fault - HELP

gday all ihave an issue with my 89 z32 tt my wiper \ ac controlls dropout the screen goes blank and i cant use my wipers or ac till it comes back on ive checked my fuses and relays and the connections to the controller but havnt pulled the dash apart yet have many ofyou guys had this isue yet ? please help ... :wtf2:
