Intermittent exhaust smoke after oil change

Hi guys, hopefully you can help me. I recently had an oil change (just basically adding oil, not getting rid of the old ones first) and after that my car started to smoke pretty bad. I'm unsure on the colour of the smoke, because it doesn't happen straight away. For example some days it won't smoke, but then other days after you drive for about 10km - it starts to smoke. Today I drove for about 20min, and there was no smoke. Suddenly I could see smoke coming out the exhaust, but after 2-3 min it disappeared. Then after 5min it started to smoke again, for about 1min.

Any advice?

Car is a Nissan Pulsar SRV 1996 Automatic.
