I left my sunroof open and it rained. The inside was very wet. The sunroof did work fine to close it, but after the car is now dried out, the sunroof only work about once a week and not very good. It will only close or open about 20 percent each time I push the close button. I did replace the sunroof switch, but is still the same. There are not any blown fuses since I check them all. :frown:

Mine has a similar problem where occasionally the sunroof won't open entirely with one push of the button... Instead, it nudges about an inch or so every time I pull the button back. I have to make it close all the way before it works again. Kinda weird but not too much of a hassle.

Both of you just need to recalibrate the sunroof. I had this problem. Dealer replaced the sunroof asy on warrantee.
It came back after the warrantee had expired. I found a TSB with the calibration procedure. That fixed it for a couple
of more years. It's back again, and I'll just recallibrate it by and by.

Chuck, thanks for the tip, but I tried the recalibration/alignment and the disconnect the battery but with no success. It is as dead as can be. Nothing. :frown:
