interlock location (searched)

i have an 89 coupe.my starter is faintly clicking and it just stops so i figure i test the interlock relay first, however i can't find it

i saw vancouverbc post picture of the location of the relay right in between the passenger side fender and the battery but i don't see it.i have the fender covers removed and i still don't see it in that location, could it be that the interlock is in a different location on an 89 coupe?please help thanks.

or if someone has a proper picture rather than the diagram picture can post it up thanks.

can't start the car, can only bump start it

nevermind, the car starts up fine all of a sudden again.
