I need help running a couple of small power wires from my mirror across the headliner (easy) to the left windshield pillar. How do you get pillar cover off so I can fish the wires down to the fuse box? Snaps off, slides off, from top or bottom or?

I'm adding a Gentech electrochromatic mirror - that's why I need the power.
