interior radio/console knobs

has anyone ever seen or heard of new knobs for the interior? ive seen on other cars where they have diferent ones you can snap over or place on in some way. i just thought it would be cool if we had some radio knobs that matched the aluminium trimming on the sides of the console, like the center navigation button :)
