Interior questions

Hey i am new to this nissan thing and i was wondering... the nissan i am looking at needs interior is cloth now but ripped and nasty... what option do i have should i cover them wit seat covers or is there a site to get leathers or what.. I know with a honda i could just get any seats... also why is there like 3 dins for the cd player what goes in them ???

there are alot of places online that sell full leather interor kits frim setas to doors and dash everything there around 600$ but there nice kits i put one from z toys in my car its a gray and black
