interior quarter panel trim removal

I am trying to remove the interior quarter panel trim from my 2010 G-37 convertible. I need this off to remove the seatbelt, which is locked up. I have it loose everywhere except along the top edge. I cannot see what is still holding it. Does anyone have any info?
