Ok heres the deal I have a 1992 240sx...Everything on the exterior works perfectly not a problem to be found. When you hop in the inside thats where the problems start.HERES WHATS WRONG:The power seatbelts dont retractAll of the cluster lights up fine but none of the needles work(speedo, tach, temp, and gas) none of them moveBoth of the dome lights dont workAnd the A/C doesnt work no air comes out and the buttons dont even light up

I know its not the TCU my dad checked the board and he said it looks perfect no burnt traces.I already replaces a burnt 75A fuse in the engine bay and this new one is holding strong.I already checked and replace all the burnt fuses in the kick panel.

So can some one please shine some light on my car im in need...I'd be very happy to fix my car

The seat belts are probably warranty. Back in the day, Nissan had a life time warranty on seat belts. Other than that all I can tell you to do is get yourself a factory service manual or wiring diagram/schematic and look for a common point. Sounds like a fusible link or a bad ground or more burnt fuses or something. Almost as if you fix one thing and the rest will all start working. Good luck and keep us posted.

Well I checked the relays under the intake and found that the "ACC" relay is missing does this stand for accessory? Could that be the problem?

Well that would be great if it was! Oh and I found another thing...I checked the kick panel fuses again and the room lamp fuse was burnt again and everytime I popped a new one in it burnt on contact...

I would suggest you go and have this issue checked with a mechanic since your fuses keep on getting burnt just by contact. The whole circuitry could be the one making the problem.
