Interior panel removal

Someone threw up in the back seat of my car (Actually,they threw up,down,left and right in the back seat of my car) So i removed the side panels (Which still stink like puke) next to the back seat,the plastic pieces up top (Window trim?) and the headliner. Problem is,When i removed the parts in question i wound up pulling out most of the clips that hold them in. (Ooops.)

I'm replacing the interior anyway so what i'm wondering is how to remove these panels the right way so that i don't break them?
