interior lights won't turn off....fuse problem?

My interior lights will not turn off. In addition, my lock button on my key chain will not work, and the "security" light is not flashing inside of the car. Does anyone know if this is a fuse problem and if so which one? I've looked through all the fuses and they seem to be fine. I'm completely lost.

hmm, might be a sensor problem. Maybe somewhere on the door. That is what happened to my friend's car.

hope this gives an idea. If the fuses seem fine.. then maybe it something else.
