interior lights, the ac controller area

Hello guys

the backlight for the ac control unit (above the radio), the whatever thing that lights up 1,2,3 etc on it is out. Does anyone know of how to fix this? Do I have to open up that controller?

to get to the bulb, yes but it's pretty easy.
