So I'm thinking about replacing the interior lights with LEDs, but I'm just asking for your opinions on the color of the LEDs. I'm tied between red and blue, going for a kind of ambient lighting. I like how the blue looks, but the exterior theme of the car is gonna be gray/red and I'm worried about clashing.

Oh and also, can someone explain to me how to install lighting in the footwells?

I'd go pure white/little blue.. gives the best of both worlds. Looks good, and actual provides use as straight red or blue lighting will be s*** when you're actually trying to use the light to find something @ night.

I have all blue interiors, looks unique because in my area no one modifies their car haha. Plus the employees at my local dealership ask me questions about everytime I take it in. I also like wearing green shoes and when I step out the car at night I GLOW

Bill from Racingline helped me install my footwells over the phone. He's a very nice guy, very patient as well. The install is pretty easy if you don't over think it like I did

@mattvfo0z Pure white doesn't look that great to me. And I'm going more for looks over functionality. I don't use the lights much and I have a small flashlight in my cupholders too for some reason...

@SEismyG I was leaning towards blue, I think it looks pretty nice.

@AlexM. Can you explain to me how to do the install?

i have pure white in my front and blue in the rear dome, gives me the functionality of the white but the look of the blue. i would say by the BT kit from racingline, it just makes things so much easier and the price isn't rediculous either

So what's the difference between the do-it-yourself install and the racingline install?
