Interior Light Issue...

Well this is really odd. I have no interior lights...except on my dash: clock works, turn signal lights work, brights light works, etc etc and the floor lights work and such. It seems that anything hooked to the dimmer is not working. I checked all fuses, replaced the dash dimmer button. I still don't have any lights connected to the dimmer. Now the fuses I checked where those on the interior fuse panel. Is there another fuse panel or is something else the issue here. I spent a lot of time today with a voltmeter and couldn't even find a problem. I've search all kind of posts and didn't end up with any answer that I have no tried as of yet.

Well I've replaced all dash light bulbs. The bulbs on the bezel buttons (defrost, etc) have not been replaced, I cannot find them at any auto store. Could it be in the headlight switch? Please someone help me out.

You said you have no interior lights except the ones on the dash.... those are connected to the dimmer aren't they. It does sound like it could be your headlight switch, maybe one of the wires from it are grounding.

check & double check the fuses in the fusebox... i just read another thread about this similar problem 10A fuse was blown after he pulled his hair out trying to do ohm, amp, voltage readings...
