Interior Innovations Lack of Customer Service

Hey all, just wanted to ask if anyone has dealt with interior innovations and if so if you had any issues? I ordered an E-Brake handle with both boots and an ashtray cover for my Z32, it's now coming up on 2 months and I haven't seen a package, a tracking number or any correspondence from the company. I have tried emailing multiple times (I may have to try calling, its hard with the time difference though) and have seen nothing. Anyone else have any experience dealing with them?

Little update, apparently posting on huge forums helps because I got an email today from Kalid saying the stuff was shipping now and would arrive in 2-3 days (I'm guessing airfreight) we'll see how it ends.

That's stupid. I shouldn't take threats of internet destruction to get a company to communicate with you and ship ur isht. Any explanation from them?

haha no I wasn't, it was really to see if anyone had a similar experience with the company. I had read in many places that people were quite happy with the products and service, so I was really surprised that it had been 2 months with nothing at all. I don't know if the post had anything to do with it or if it was mere coincidence that I got a response from him the day I posted here. And I don't really see how this was anything of a threat, direct or otherwise, I was merely asking for people's experiences. I'm usually the last to b**** erhm rant about something from my soapbox without trying to right the situation first.
