interior help

I got 1990 nissan 300zx 2 seater. My question about my interior. In the trunk. Behind the seats is this carpet frame. all the wood underneath Is destoryed. What's the frame called and how can i fix it? Or where can I buy one?

It's just the trunk liner support. Best place to look would be a part out.

Or you also might be talking about the "cargo shelf" if you mean in the center of the area just behind the seats and not in the trunk area.
