Interior Fan stopped working???

Hey guys the fan stopped working in my versa and I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction as to what is wrong. It started humming before it quit so i think the motor may be bad, but it also would randomly start working hours or days later and then stop again. Now it has stopped all together. I checked the fuse and its good and the A/C compressor still kicks on.

Does anyone know what is wrong and if so can you let me know what parts I need?

I may not be of much help, but I had the blower motor die on my Ford Escort years ago, and the fans stopped working. The A/C compressor was still working, but I couldn't get either hot, cold, or plain old air to come out. It was still under warranty (barely!), so the dealership replaced the burnt-out blower motor relay for me. Not having a working A/C in the middle of summer in New Orleans wasn't much fun though, lol.
